Is it bad to lift late in the night?

I have an all day event today and I really want to hit upper day. Would 11 p.m./12 a.m. be too late? I normally lift late afternoon or evening.

If it was earlier in the week I would push it off until tomorrow, but tomorrow is Sunday and this is the last upper of my week. :/

    I do it.

    I’m sure there are reasons it’s not ideal but surely it’s better than skipping.

    I don't see why it would be bad. You might have some trouble calling asleep, but we're all different 🙂

    I have been lifting for years at 9pm. As long as it doesn't impact your sleep, you are good

    I got home way later than I thought and had to miss the workout...ugh. life happens I guess. :/
