When all else fails THIS is the article you SHOULD read

It's called "Eat" and it's by Steve Stroutman. Some of you may know this guy, and he's one of the most knowledgeable people on these forums. He only gets his information by backed research and I'm a pretty big critic myself as some of you know or figured out by now. I could not find one thing wrong with it, and I read the entire article. Yes it's long but amazing.

I wish more people would work through these calculations to determine their calories. I look at the 1200 in my diary as my low end. I would love to be able to set a range on here instead of this 1200 looking like it should be my max calories. I don't like that you get congratulated for going under it basically when it is probably too low for most people.0

I love this article. Thankfully, it confirms the way that I eat. I only wish that I had been eating like this for longer instead of listening to other people and their weird fads.0
