In a recent study to show that sitting is bad for you, British researchers found that for every hour you sit in front of the TV, you cut your life expectancy down by nearly 22 minutes -- the same effect as smoking two cigarettes. So in looking at the math of all this, my question to you is this: If a person could watch TV while running on a treadmill indefinitely, that person could live forever...??? LOL :P

    I think you end up flipping off the treadmill after a few too many beers. Might be funny. You should video it if you try it!
