Daft Punk's Discovery or Alive albums are my faves right now.

Also, there are a few 2manyDJs mix sets that run for around an hour each that you can find online - they're great if you like house music/mashups.

And Slipknot's Vol. 3 (Subliminal Verses) is awesome too if you like metal.

When I'm running on the road/trails, or lifting at the gym, I listen to The Streets, Matisyahu, or Abd-al Malik, usually. Upbeat, and I like listening to songs I can sing along to in my head!

When I'm at the gym on a cardio machine, I watch TV shows/movies-- my iPod has about 100GB of Top Gear, The Office, and various James Bond movies! It really makes the time go by quickly, especially when I place my iPod over the readout where it tells me how much time is left or how many miles I've done :]

Believe it or not, Disney's Hercules: I can go the distance! It gives me courage to run the extra mile!
    Hope it helps

My favorite hard rock station plays "90's at noon" when I'm getting to the gym. Smashing Pumpkins, Nirvana, Offspring...
It's not always my favorite to listen to, but it keeps me going.

    Really depends.

I like a lot of older Green Day's music for working out (ala their second album, Kerplunk) it's really good paced. I also like to listen to Lady Gaga, If I Had You by Adam Lambert is probably my all-time favorite workout song.

I vary from workout session to workout session.

Gothic Classical - It's basically like being in 300 or some other epic battle movie while your working out.
