New Here, and about to start my journey

My name is Joe. Im currently 585 lbs. I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes about a month ago. I am going to be starting the Ozempic shot either today or tomorrow. I am also about to be living on my own. So i will control all food in the house. Im mainly looking for people to motivate, inspire me. Also if we gain a friendship, i could use someone to hold me accountable. So I am looking for people to add me and i will add back. Thank you to anyone will to help and we will be here for each other.

Good luck in your journey! It's not an easy one but you've made the first step. I've talked to a lot of people here and it has helped along the way. It's nice to meet people that don't just motivate me to stay on the weight loss path but who also become friends!
