Good morning people! I am not new to my fitness pal but am new to the community. I’m tired of looking at the same 5-10 pounds up and down and really want to make some lasting changes. This is my recommitment to my weight loss goals and health journey

Me too. Had gotten down to 165 or less a little over a year ago (from 205 a few years back). Maintained between 165 and 168 for like 6 months and then somewhere in there it crept back up to 178.5 today. Today is the day I started logging again, and I stayed under my calorie goals today! I'm hoping to add in some workouts too, but for now back to logging and watching what I'm eating and how much of it.0
