    Update below - 0.4lbs since Sunday.

    Worked out at home Sunday/Monday gym today. Walked at least 1 mile each of 3 days. Diary is honest and that's where the opportunity is!

    Hi everyone! I’ve been on MFP for more than a decade now (on & off use). I’ve gone from a SW in 2016 of 269lbs to lowest in 2017 of 143lbs.

    The 143lbs was what I’d call skinny fat and suffering from severe anemia. I’m currently at 182lbs and in pursuit of recomposition down towards 150lbs while building on (what Withings scale says) is 130lbs of muscle mass.

    Excited to get into these 10 day challenges. Thanks for making it!

    Hi All! I would love to give this a go! I started a weight loss program to kickstart my healthy eating regime nearly 2 weeks ago and my losses have been steady except for a few days where my body just said "nah let's gain 3 days straight for no reason" lol but I am determined to keep going!!

    Highest Weight- 397lb (10th October 2023)
    First Goal weight- 350lb by new year!

    21/10- 385.2
    22/10- 380.6 (there's the whoosh!)

    Thanks so much!! I am feeling super motivated right now... I know things are going to slow down eventually but I really love the "scale going down" at a fair pace right now.... I have a lot of weight to lose so I good start always helps with motivation and being able to feel and notice it physically :)
