I did days 21 and 22 all in one day, split them up 115 AM and 120 PM. Forgetting a day now is much different than forgetting a day in the beginning of the challenge when the squats were less but I managed. I’ve noticed that I can easily get to 50 squats without feeling the burn now so that must be progress. I think my inner thighs are also shrinking .. that could be an illusion though 😉1

I’m gonna take 2 rest days. I skipped day 23,125 squats, my legs and hips hurt really bad, I’m having some sort of inflammatory response, maybe I shouldn’t have doubled up the other days, that may have been too much for one day. Live and learn.1

Day 25, 130 squats done ✅ a mixture of regular and plié, I also split the reps up over the day. These higher reps are getting hard. I’m gonna take measurements at the end and see if there’s any difference from before.1

I’m having to split them up too. But I can do 50 in a row relatively easy now. Even managed 70!1

Day 26 I did 90 squats split up 45/45. I forgot the other set. Oh well. No doubling up this time 😉 I learned my lesson.0
