Several doctors told me to lose weight. One for diabetes, another for sleep apnea. I haven't tried seriously, or so I keep telling myself. I tried noom but the app kept losing my data. I'm going to try MFP for food logging, it seems more stable?0

Only been here for a few days, had been doing all my tracking using the Tesco app and a trusty pen and pad 😂 it seems to work well so far, especially being able to set custom meals as I am food prepping for many meals so it just a couple taps to add them. Good luck on your journey0
