    That's a great question.
On the weekends I will eat a large amount of vegetables and fruits. Throughout the week I also eat fruits, but not many vegetables. This is due to the fact that my college rarely provides a variety of vegetables (especially fresh ones). And we are only to have canned foods while living within our dorms on campus. Otherwise I would be eating vegetables and fruit multiple times throughout the week.
And tbh, I've never really eatn that many fruits or vegetables throughout my life because of 3 things. (1)being vegetables and fruits provided within stores are all grown with chemicals and have pesticides sprayed on them every day of their lives, including when they are within the stores. (2)even though I grow my own, I still can't eat many of them due to the fact that I become ill if I have a lot of them in a short time period. This has always been the case. (3)if I was to go out of my way to actually spend nearly 3x more for vegetables and fruits that I know for a fact were not grown in these horrible conditions, it would not be worth it.

This is my personal experience in this area. And like I've stated previously before, I'm pretty knowledgeable about this kind of stuff. The only thing I'm new to, is the actual calorie tracking.

I hope this answers your question completely.
    Have a great evening!
