NYE/New Year's Eve 2023 Challenge ADF/Alternate Day Fasting

Hi! I'm a 46 yo, female. I'm walking and using ADF to get off these last 10 pounds. I finally found something that works. If you would like to intermittent fast or use ADF please join me. Best wishes

    SW: 195 lbs. Today was a refeed day. Protein was 72 grams. Lots of water.

    Good for you! Alternate day fasting, along with increased activity, is the only thing that ever worked for me. I hope you're sticking with it. Tip: what really helped for me was creating a spreadsheet and logging everything I consumed on fast days. I also rewarded myself at the end of a fast day with one square of Lily's dark chocolate (sugar-free). Because I knew I could eat anything the next day, I really was able to eat only one!
