            Last night I watched something in the barn. With my oldest. It's a Christmas themed norwegian horror comedy.
 It was really funny.
 The outdoors are cold occasionally slippery no snow yet but Wednesday we are getting positive degrees and downfall. So eiter we get rain and black ice because the ground is so cold or we will be a little colder than predicted and we will get winter Wonderland.
 So the scales moved in the right direction. But I am still heavier than end of October. So not a full victory.

 Second week with Sciatic nerve pain which has really slowed down my weekly weight loss. From burning 5000 cals per week playing pickleball, rowing and weight training to less than 800 cals per week on the exercise bike and light walking. 10 days left to lose 5 lbs with Thanksgiving this week.  11/13-183.8-(Trend Weight: 184.3)- It was an up & down week due to travel, restaurants and the inactivity (sitting) that comes with it. But I’m glad to see the scale is down from last week even if it was actually even lower a couple of days ago. My trend weight also dipped down, then back up again with the travel gain. I’m still ahead of the game though and feeling so-so going into the Thanksgiving season soon. I hope I can drop down to my low Nov 1st weight before turkey and pie day.
 11/20-180.8-(Trend Weight: 182.5)- I had a really good week last week until the multiple travel days which sort of derailed me. But I am still ahead of the game this week and back on track now that I am home. I actually touched 179 twice last week so I’m hopeful. Now, to keep things going good until Turkey Day. I’ll splurge then, but I will try to limit it to just that day. My dinner will be on Saturday the 25th. I’m not sure of our exact plans for the actual holiday on Thursday yet.

            My scale still says "obesity" range fat percentage and metabolic age 68 (I'm actually 65) but I won't be discouraged - ONWARD!5

            The rain that was predicted for Wednesday came. But the chaos I feared was not present before the evening so I got to and from work okay. But my kids did not get to the activities.

But I am still ahead of the game this week and back on track now that I am home. I actually touched 179 twice last week so I’m hopeful. Now, to keep things going good until Turkey Day. I’ll splurge then, but I will try to limit it to just that day. My dinner will be on Saturday the 25th. I’m not sure of our exact plans for the actual holiday on Thursday yet.
 11/27-180.4-(Trend Weight: 182.4)- I puffed up for Thanksgiving but I did very well at the travel and movies yesterday with DGSs. No popcorn or soda. And no dinner out afterwards. I am thankful the weight is not up too high from our Thanksgiving feast. Now, to get back into the business of the 170’s. It will be difficult considering all the desserts that are still left in the downstairs fridge. I did good yesterday and ate none. But then again, I was gone most of the day. Let’s hope today is a good day. Clearly I won’t meet my goal this month, but I am still on track for the overall challenge goal of 12 pounds. But there is that basement fridge full of all things sugar and flour. And there’s the month of December with all it’s baking and festivities. This is not going to be easy……
