@lpfaffe I think all you will need to do is introduce yourself in your post. Tell us a little about yourself and post each day your new weight. You can add comments as to how your day went, any ideas you have, books/articles you've read that have been helpful, any new things you are trying and your thoughts on it, recipes, product/food/snack ideas. Really anything at all that can help others. You do not have to tell us, however, anything you don't wish to share. It is wonderful to get new people on this challenge. Hi again, not a great start to December. Eating hasn’t been great due to a flare up of chronic illness- fatigue tends to lead to over indulgence in chocolate. Pulled a back muscle too so been way less active this week.
I aim to exercise 4 days a week and usually do squats and calf raises 6 days a week. Plus additional weight training 2 days a week.

1: 203.4– Time to get all gears going. I’ve been really good getting on the scale everyday, but I have a hard time with consistent logging.
I’ve noticed that it’s easier on the computer than the phone, so my goal for December is to log every day.
2: 203.5– logged for breakfast… it’s the very beginning of getting back into logging, so I’ll take that as a win. Baby steps.

Welcome! I am a 46 year-old married mom of four who personally has been through multiple health issues, along with my husband, mom, and dad too, so I therefore have financial issues too. Lol. But there's a whole lotta love in my family which is priceless. I am trying again to start exercising WITHOUT injuring myself, log daily, drink more water, and creating some new routines this month while starting my new job - yeah! Dec 2: 165 👣 📝 🥗 🧘♀️ 💦 My first holiday event this weekend. Greg and I are off to Newport, RI. We go every year this time of year. It is a city set on an island in Rhode Island. Really cute shops, great restaurants. They decorte the city for Christmas. We go and see the lights, do some shopping and our annual "Taste of Newport". We usually go to 5 different restaurants (Lunch, Appetizer, Dinner, Dessert and BF the following morning), and plenty of drinks with that. This will be the first year that I'm going since I started this weight loss journey. I am going to enjoy myself, but also going to try to curb that this year. We are thinking - just small plates for each and and/or sharing. I won't be weighing tomorrow, but will be back Monday AM to catch up.

12/01-181.4-(Trend Weight 181.9)- Hoping to Work it back down. I was hoping for more progress but it always seems to go on much quicker than it comes off. That seems to be the opposite of gravity, doesn’t it? Humph…..
12/02-181.4-(Trend Weight 181.9)- Today is the birthday party for my DGS Owen that I babysit. He is turning 6. Party will be about an hour away at a bowling alley for some bumper bowling for the kids. I was hoping the scale would be down today (for a buffer) but I know I didn’t eat the healthiest yesterday so it’s my own fault. Today will be filled with snacks, food and cake. I’ll try to have some control by eating a small meal before I leave.

Hi all. Well at least I’m staying in 112 range. Starting to feel a little better at least. It’s hard sometimes with Fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue AND hidradenitis suppurtiva.
It’s all about having a healthy lifestyle- smoothies full of berries,greens,grain. Protein and vegetables for dinner. Reduce snacking - healthy snack options. I like protein bars or puddings.
I have a weight station, treadmill barbell and dumbbells and often sit and use my dumbells or squats and calf raises. Aiming to do 4 days exercise next week and every week but this week has been a bad health week so I was forced to take it easy and sleep lots.
Still dreading spending 3 days with my mum for Christmas- I love her so much but she’s making caramel tarts, pineapple tarts, giving me chocolates, not to mention the dip , chips, and various nibbles. I desperately want to not gain back the 2kg I’ve lost! Considering it takes me a month to lose it and can be undone in a day.
