    Again, my son. ❤️

    This makes me smile too.

have two in high school. They are my heart… not looking forward to them ever moving out.

My son is 41, married, I am fortunate enough to have 3 grandkids. 🥰

He and I are so much a like and we’ve always had the kind of relationship where he can tell me anything.
We really do enjoy talking about strange abstract ideas and laugh about our frustrations with his boss who happens to be his dad, my ex.

When he moved out of the house to go to OU (20mi from our house), I bawled for a week straight.
Just cried and cried, then I let our German Shepard start living indoors. 😂

That’s such a special relationship you have! I hope this is what I have to look forward to in the future. 🤗

I walked twice as far as I usually do and lived to tell about it! 😃

All the things that pissed me off today.
Thought back about them and smiled about each one.
They didn’t amount to much, silly of me to get torqued out to begin with.
    😊

Seeing so many sweet people come to my daughter’s performance. She got all these flowers. Some combined in vases. Her friend’s mom brought her and 4 other girls to dinner in between shows yesterday. Other peoples’ support and love towards your child is one of THE most special things you can witness. So grateful. And the show was so fun to watch.

I think we all went to the same grocery store. They coordinate extremely well. 😂

That’s so great! Feels amazing when the kiddos get a big show of support.

@PAPYRUS3 I thought you’d like this. It took a few attempts but Mason has become a beautiful sourdough loaf

Mason did you proud...unfortunately my little baby died when I attempted to feed it.

It’s a temperamental process! I hope you stick with it. Our first loaf was flat but decent flavor, second got burned, third an okay rise but no sourdough flavor and the fourth (mason 4.0) turned out pretty good.

Hitting a goal I'd set for myself 🥳

    Congrats, Jo

It was a beautiful day, after so many dreary ones. I got in a great bike ride....

More of a "roll my eyes" situation than a smile (perhaps with a smirk), but I washed my hands in the men's room with a sink which only poured ice cold water, but the water fountain right outside the men's room dispenses warm water. Think somebody crossed the plumbing...

Met a cherished friend for lunch at Sherkaan, my fave Indian restaurant, after finally being released from the past two weeks hospitalized with a lung infection/pneumonia.

My son just sent me another one of his videos.
He sent 1, playing the mandolin and singing.
He sent 1, playing the guitar.
Today he sent 1 playing the ukulele and whistling.
    ❤️🥰
He is so cool, I’m proud of who he is.
(He’s 41yrs old btw, I know the way I talk about him one would think he’s younger, lol.)

My hair stylist. He knocks it out of the park every time. So much so that I only book him on Fridays so I can go out to dinner after with my awesome new hairdo

I found a new grocery store today that sources a lot from local producers and bought some cheese from a small family farm that blew my mind.
