Which macro amount, in which version of MFP?
Generically, if you mean your macro goal (not a food's macro content or something else):
In web browser MFP, you change macro goals in My Home/Goals. Click "Edit" next to the "Daily Nutrition Goals" heading.
In the phone/tablet MFP app, it'd be More/Goals/Calorie, Carbs, Protein and Fat Goals.
If that's not what you're asking, please be more specific.
Best wishes!

For macro goals by day, is there a way to add Fiber as one of the macros to track in addition to Carbs, Protein, Fat? I'd like to track these 4 as a percentage.0

I don't understand. Track it as a percentage of goal? I don't know a way to do that.
You can customize your food diary page so that fiber is one of the columns, but it'd still be in grams.0
