Tracking has been going well although I'm so hungry all the time!!! So I've had days where I've exceeded my calories by 100 or so! This may be due to the strength training sessions
Happy to jump on the scale this morning and see the number under 73 kg! That's given me some pep in my step, as I woke up feeling quite tired this morning and lacking motivation!4 -

Hi! I am a 35 year old female and wife/mom of two. I used myfitnesspal religiously to lose about 30 pounds back in 2019 about a run of depression. I am hoping to lose about 15-20 before summer while also training for a half marathon (and while training, I also struggle more to lose weight than when I just don't run at all *sigh*). I should mention I am only 5'4 and have a small frame, so any extra weight really shows on me.

That'd be me waving from over here!! My goal is to eventually drop 135 more pounds....that would complete my journey of dropping 160 lbs. I started my journey May 2022 but spent 2023 yo-yoing. Losing regaining, losing, regaining. I'm hoping to break that cycle this year and make a major dent in the amount of lbs. to lose.

It's mostly baby weight that you're gaining. Once you have the baby you'll have a big drop in your weight. I gained a lot over my pregancy and as soon as my baby was born (she was 7'11oz) my weight dropped almost 60 lbs.
