    Reducing my back pain!! :s

    I highly recommend the book “Healing Back Pain” by Dr. John Sarno. I had debilitating back pain for years and this helped me fix it. Here’s an article about the book:

    This message is from 2015. Can you confirm if you made it into a size 8 as well? Were you able to maintain the size 8? I've been struggling with ups and downs in sizes. It's a battle to maintain one size.
