Challenge final weight:
I’ve been making some changes to my calorie/macro goals, in order to adjust to my increased exercise load. Still getting things dialed in correctly, so my weight loss has slowed down a bit which is good because it had gotten a bit too fast for what's considered healthy (maximum 1% of body weight per week).
No exceptions. No excuses. 🥑

@36Gabriella12 I use my PC for MFP. I keep a separate document which I add to daily and then copy/paste my document onto this post box. To give a message to someone else and show what you are responding to, hit the quote button below their comment and then use the @symbol with their name (no spaces) then go ahead and add your response. 01/01-181.6-(Trend Weight: 180.3)-
01/08-179.8-(Trend Weight: 181.2)- I had quite the overnight whoosh. I shed a lot of water most of the day yesterday (for whatever unknown reason) and I finally had TMI (in the middle of the night) last night, all of which graced the scale this morning. It’s encouraging and just goes to show that we must be patient with our bodies and our results. If we keep up our good habits, it will show up on the scale and on the tape measure in due time.
01/15-183.4-(Trend Weight: 181.3)- I had to get a new scale this past week so I don’t even know how accurate the “whoosh” was at the last weigh-in. I started on the new scale at a much higher weight than I’d been seeing of late. A little may have been the unaccountability and self-sabotage as I waited for the new scale, but some of it surely was the difference in scales. My fat % is also MUCH MUCH higher on the new scales, consistently over the past couple of days since I received it from UPS. However, my visceral fat is MUCH lower. I’m confused but can only begin tracking my data now, where I’m at, and take it from here.

01/22-184.2-(Trend Weight: 182.7)- It’s been a rough week, including travel. Less exercise than usual too. I am frantically working to turn this ship around and actually had an overnight drop this morning. It’s a big boat so I’ve got to be patient but it’s beginning to turn. I am aiming for a two pound loss this week when I usually aim for one. Focus, Focus, Focus.

Not really sure what is going on. I think it's fairly safe to assume my 2 kg of end of year weight gain was water and not actually weight gain. But even if we retract those the weight loss is still really good. Next week will probably be a smallish gain even if I am good. It's just that I will be at the water before the drop stage.
I have started to do some squats and some against table push ups. I thought I might try a thirty day challenge thing but apparently they have started to take money. And I am not the kind of person that pays to be told to take a push up.

January 8: 206 I did great all week until the weekend and then overate yesterday. Disappointing! The first anniversary of my DH death is coming up on March 9. This month marks his rapid decline. Many memories and most are sad and unpleasant.
