    So another good loss this week.
    I have recalculated my goals so that Fitbit now gives me 1930 cals to eat each day.
    That should have me lose 0.25 kg a week.
    Probably feel more doable too. Because I tend to eat more than 1660 cals and once Fitbit says I have eaten to much I tend to just go. Well if I am over I am over and eat more.
    So hopefully this will se me have fewer pig out days.

    The first here have some chocolate on piece won't hurt came on Tuesday. Statistically the new years resolutions get dropped on 19th of January so this one was early. But I stayed firm. I have decided chocolate is only Saturday now. Used to be Friday and Saturday. Because I have to have it on occasion and without firm rules it will take over everything.

    This week we had rain so everything turned to slippery ice. Then yesterday we had snow so now winter Wonderland. With ice hidden from wiev its a great time to have a dog.

    Looks like some successess! Dadera-- Good for you losing 4 pounds thus far!! If someone can help me out here...I'm still not certain how these discussions work. I put in my stats and I can't find me!! LOL. Also, if I wish to direct a specific comment to someone as above, do I just do so in the general "Leave a comment"?

    You find your previous Post if you want to update your weight press quote. Then you remove the quote's write in your new weight at todays date. To tag someone write@ followed by username.

    Sure you can comment in the thread if you like.

    Btw your previous Post is on the bottom of page 4.

    I’ve been making some changes to my calorie/macro goals, in order to adjust to my increased exercise load. Still getting things dialed in correctly, so my weight loss has slowed down a bit which is good because it had gotten a bit too fast for what's considered healthy (maximum 1% of body weight per week).

    No exceptions. No excuses. 🥑

    @36Gabriella12 I use my PC for MFP. I keep a separate document which I add to daily and then copy/paste my document onto this post box. To give a message to someone else and show what you are responding to, hit the quote button below their comment and then use the @symbol with their name (no spaces) then go ahead and add your response. Then just hit post as normal. I hope this helps.
