Hello!

Hello everyone!

I’m Lizzy. I’m 40, a teaching assistant and a single mum to two beautiful girls. I find as I’m always so busy, I grab quick fix sugary foods after work and before bed.
So, even though I’m active and my meals are healthy, I’m a little heavier than I’d like and struggle to sleep.
I’m hoping the app will help me build more confidence, feel healthier and lose a few pounds.

    Hi Lizzy! I'm just getting started too and your reasons sound a lot like mine. I'm a teacher, in my 30s and am what I'd call healthy-ish but looking to lose some weight!

    I have found that sugar will kill your weight and health faster than anything I know of. I got mine in my coffee along with copious amounts of half and half. Good luck finding life balance and healthy snacks on the go that help you reach your goals rather than hinder. Fight the good fight!

    I just started yesterday a motivation challenge focusing on a healthy lifestyle and enjoying life. I would love to have you join. It does not matter how much weight you have to lose. The key is to set short goal that motivate you and keep you going until you achieve your final weight goal, 10 lbs at a time.
