    false... a swim, and a walk to stretch my legs, is all I have planned today.

    TNP occasionally finds themselves with sore muscles but is still happy about it

    tentatively true. I'm on the wait list for the Point Reyes hike I had planned to do Saturday. Haven't decided on a plan B yet.
