    I haven't tried keto but I know tracking works. It takes time and commitment but if you stick to your goals, you will see success.

    A little about me... I had previously lost 65lbs but gained it all back and then some after an injury that's left me with chronic pain & reduced mobility. I've lost 50lbs so far and plan to lose another 50 & then reassess. I want to live as active of life as I can :)
