    @ManifestingToday from what I’m understanding, it’s basically retraining ourselves to eat less permanently, by choice. Sometimes just takes longer to adjust.
    My mom got me both scales, but I had that WW since I was doing this in 2021, so definitely over a year. Happy to hear cases where companies still care about consumer though!

    Almost forgot to weigh today. Been very tired yesterday, and hungry. Also having hard time adding weight training into my routine (not enough hours in the day!) but I need to come up with something. I do weights on weekends but it’s only 2 days.
