    Mar 13 66.5 Eating back exercise calorie is the culprit ? Or too much carbs? I will wait for one more day and if tomorrow also weight gain continues then from tomorrow I will stop eating back the exercise calories, just to get the weight to drop again.

    3/10 - 243.6 (Hubby and I got a Peloton ride in and did 10 minutes of upper body strength yesterday. Felt good to get back to it as we'd taken a break from most things for almost a month.)
    3/11 - 243.2 (Work from home day today. Feeing the urge to snack. I will ride the Peloton here shortly.)
    3/12 - 243.6 (Rare morning that I forgot to weigh, by the time I did I already had my bra on, but no biggie. I did have a big pasta dinner last night and some chips. I also worked out for the third day in a row. Feeling good but need to be a bit more disciplined with the food. I'm tracking until dinner and then stopping and that's not going to work.)
    3/13 - 243 (Not much to say today. Day was fairly on track but I ate the large sub at night instead of the medium one. Had a dentist appointment.)
    3/14 - 243.4 (I have soccer tonight and I just might ride the Peloton too. We shall see!)
    3/15- 243.8 (TGIF. Really looking forward to a mostly relaxing weekend ahead. Hope to fit in a lot of exercise.. the weather is beautiful.)
