Round 253
March 7 - 16, 2024
Please join us starting on 3/7 for JUST GIVE ME 10 DAYS, when we will begin Round 253.
Anyone can join us at anytime during the round.
Join us! If we stay mindful we can do this, you can do this.
Welcome back past members, welcome new members, let's keep each other accountable for another 10 days!
Here is what you do: Post your daily weight and add little comments along the way of how your day went. You have only one hour to edit your post. Post everyday to let us know how you're doing! Copy and paste the days in your response--tell us how much you lost and other non scale victories (NSV) you'd like to share.
FOR NEWBIES - I find it easiest to copy the dates to a document or note in my device and edit it each morning. Then copy and paste to the message board. MFP will return you to the spot on the board where you left off on your previous visit which is nice to know if you like to scan all of the posts.
If you feel your post is too lengthy, you can add spoilers to temporarily hide the information. It is readily available by tapping the SPOILER bar. To create a Spoiler just type or copy [ Spoiler ] xxx [ /Spoiler ] Omit the spaces within the brackets and put your information where I have xxx

Many thanks @quiltingjaine .
I am trying to set a proper goal for drinking water. I know I don't drink enough. I have heard the adage about 8 glasses per day (64 oz?) . Anyone want to chime in on what you use for your goal and what benefits you actually experience?4 -
First try on this. F, 48, have come and gone from MFP a few times and now bigger than I've ever been - currently UK size 14/16 and hoping to get back into my size 12 shorts for summer. Ultimate goal is 147lb, as of today I am 166.1. Thank you @quiltingjaine for setting this up, looking forward to seeing how we all do these 10 days!8

I wasn’t a water drinker until I did WW back in the day. They said 8 - 8 oz glasses. Now I drink 3 or 4 - 30 oz glasses if I’m home. More in the summer but remember, I live in the desert. Start with 8 glasses and if you’re thirsty add another.6 -

- This is what I wrote out at the beginning of Round 250:
~ My plan for round 250 is to eliminate drinking alcohol on a nightly basis. Still killing this one!
~ Try to get more into old school Keto, and for one meal a day I’ll allow myself to have a Keto processed food item. ie. Keto hot dog buns, keto slimfast snacks, I’ll pick one meal to eat these items.
I don’t really realize how much I’ve come to rely on these items. <<< Plan on watching old keto YouTuber videos for mental refreshments! Requesting everyone’s recommendations for this-please? THANK YOU! 😊 >>>

~ Finished the last day of round 251 strong but I caved a bit at the end of the day when my husband was craving New York style pizza.
