@brandice65 Good for you! π. Your doing great! Keep focused on your goals and don't let anyone deter you with comments that can make you feel like your doing it all wrong. Ask questions from those who are certified and qualified when you need advice to help you along the way and try to enjoy the journey as much as possible. Not always easy and Lord knows you will have more verbal fights with yourself to keep you motivated and going but keep your mind focused, stay positive, and more then anything worry about your overall measurements every couple weeks. That will give you the true value of what work your putting into yourself and the results your hoping to achieve!π2

***I started going to our free community center's indoor track again. I hadn't been since January 2023. I am doing Leslie Sansone's walking videos also. I am trying to walk about an hour a day 4-5 days a week. I can definitely feel a difference. I have two party events this month, and another event in April.***

I started my journey in 2018 July 1st weighing 202.2. One year later I reached my goal weight of 142. Very exciting times. Unfortunately I ended up with health concerns and weight gain. now ready to get back to goal.

February the wt really came off. I lost about 7lbs woot woot. Walking daily is a huge part of my wt loss process. I average about 9000 steps a day, not bad for an old dog. I always eat low carb no sugar but not quite keto. I may try keto this month we shall see. I really hope to say good bye to the fifties forever this month. Have a great month everyone.
