I'm Crystal! 40 yrs old, wife and mama of 3! Plan for now is OMAD + dessert within an hr. Aiming for 1200 calories/day, less than 90 carbs and low sugar. Recently added more carbs in so I could have fruits with dessert. If I'm not eating fruits then my carb and sugar count is lower. Good luck to all! ❤️

Previous comments:3/7 176.6 Decent day yesterday except I was a over on the amount of carbs I'm trying to have, and I ate extra exercise calories. Looking back at last round, I only met my goals half of the round. The plan for this round is to aim for meeting all my daily goals, most days!3/15 176.1 Weight has stayed exactly the same for the past 3 days. Good day yesterday, met all goals and under calories. Trying to get more protein in by drinking a protein shake after my walk. I'm thinking maybe I'm not getting enough, with the 1 meal. Hard to believe this round is almost over!
3/8 177.9 Met my goals yesterday except my sodium was really high (still under goal). I made myself a cauliflower crust pizza last night and it was amazing. Lol. But the ingredients in it were high in sodium. Woke up several times with a headache and have one this morning. I'm guessing the sodium is to blame for that and the extra pound. I'm not sure if I'll weigh tomorrow because we are traveling 3 hours away for my 13 & 14yr olds archery tournament. I'll try to check in at some point to see how everyone is doing 🙂.

3/11 177.2 Weekend was pretty busy, several times out to eat since we were traveling. Didn't go crazy with my eating or food choices, although I did have 1 alcoholic drink. I got a good trampoline workout yesterday with my 5 year old 🤪. I think this is the first time in weeks I haven't had a gain after the weekend.
3/12 175.9 I'm glad to see a drop, but really I've only lost a pound since March 1st. Hopefully since I'm trying to do better with sticking with my goals it will continue to go down.
3/13 176.1 Not much sleep last night. Carb count was a little higher yesterday but I had 2 servings of fruit, 3 servings of vegetables. Also chex mix which I didn't need 😆. A little discouraged this morning tbh, just not doing well this month with loss. Wondering if it could be my sleep patterns, as there are several days this month that I barely got any sleep.
3/14 176.1 I slept better yesterday thankfully, and I feel more rested this morning. Higher again on carbs, but this time was due to eating at church last night. This is random, but I really love making these notes each day so I can go back through and look at each round to see what I need to work on, or what worked better etc..
3/16 176.1 I was really hungry last night ans ate a bunch of junk (including 2 doughnuts) and was a good bit over on calories. Surprisingly my weight stayed exactly the same. Maybe I would have had a little loss if I would have kept in my calorie range? Not sure. Ending the round with a .5 lb loss. Better than a gain. See y'all next round!

Charlie had a good first agility class yesterday, and I got some exercise. I feel so clumsy out there—agility has never been my sport with my dogs, so I don’t know the footwork. (I’m more of an obedience, tracking, and scent work fan, plus good old long walks.) But I think this will be fun. I was really hungry when I got home, but ate responsibly.

Well, I’m not losing a ton of weight, but I do feel “lighter” without a pretty much constant focus on food. I think I am eating a bit less than when I was tracking, weirdly enough. It’s a rainy day, so I’m off to knit and talk with a friend for a couple of hours—perfect day for it!

Thanks for all the anniversary wishes. 😍 We had a lovely late lunch/early dinner out. I had chicken piccata, ate only half (leftovers for me tonight) and we shared a piece of tiramisu. I skipped dinner and had a light snack later. All good! DH did give me a box of chocolates, and I did savor a couple of pieces. Even so, and without tracking, I feel I made good choices without feeling deprived.

It's been a while since I've been here, but decided to focus on weight loss again and this has always been a helpful tool for me. Lost 30 pounds last spring. then gained a few of those back. Have kept up my daily walks, but need to concentrate on nutrition.
Spent last round on vacation and only gained half a pound, so that's a win! Now it's time to get serious and lose some weight before my son's wedding at the end of April.

3/7-173-Off to yoga then horse then help at the local quilt shop for the “shop hop”. I am only helping half days at that so the rest of my life doesn’t suffer. It’s 3 days long and that is practically 1/2 of a week. I can’t wait for the time to change so I can get my after dinner walks in.
3/8-173-Yoga, rose the horse and helped at the quilt shop. This morning, the vet pays her yearly visit to vaccinate and draw blood for general testing. Then back to the quilt shop.
3/12-176-Well, that went in the wrong direction. Fish Fry fundraiser Friday night, crab fee take out Saturday we finally finished the last of the crab last night….salty and buttery. Did manage to walk a couple of miles, loving the longer days.
3/13-176-The insanity stops today!!! I am cold and wanted hot chocolate (full of sugar) but opted for chocolate protein powder in warm milk. I have been making horrible snack and meal choices….who am I trying to kid? Enough is enough!!!!
3/14-174-Wise meals and snacking. Miserably cold and windy; got a lot accomplished inside. Hopefully I can keep it up….
3/16-174-The wind finally has slowed down. Got a small quilt quilted and rode the horse out in the pasture in the sunshine…it was wonderful. Off to a quilting gathering where there will be pizza served for lunch, so I am bringing bagged salads to add to lunch. Should be a fun day.5 -

~ My plan for round 250 is to eliminate drinking alcohol on a nightly basis. Didn’t stick to this one for this last round and it shows! Will try again for round 254. **NOTE** Drinking also makes me get hot in my sleep so not only does it add empty calories but it causes me to eat extra and sleep less.

~ I remembered that I never felt better than when I was losing weight on the original Keto plan so I went back to basics. This realization prompted me to stop using all substances as a crutch. So I’m feeling very empowered and excited for this next round!

03/07 ⬆️ 218.4✅🚶🏽I did not have a good food day yesterday. Nothing that I can pin point as the reason for my choices. It was a late night as I got my manicure and pedicure done so about 7:30 when I got home. I had cooked chicken yesterday, so I heated that up but just wasn't satisfied. Then there was snacking, then there was wine. The scale shows it today. But that was just one day... Today, back on track.

03/14 216.8 I'm getting seasick with all this up ⬆️ and down ⬇️. But similar to @Skyleen75 my victories have been in the gym. I've increased several weights in the last week and added more core exercises. When I started strength training again in December, I was horrified to realize that I could not just "sit up" on the weight bench after attempting to do bench flyes. It was ugly! That's when I knew I had to start working my core, and now... I can easily sit up🙂 But I would still like to see the scale go down....just sayin'

03/15 -181.2- (Trend weight180.3) Too many carbs though the calories were okay. I’ve been spending ALL my time on the computer shopping shopping shopping for the Reno project. Since I live in the boonies with no real stores it’s a chore to shop and choose every little detail for a primary bedroom with ensuite bath and new walk-in-closet (instead of double closets). Trying to find the best prices too, of course, and hopefully a lot of it will be free shipping. I really need to fit in my exercise which I have not been doing. This whole thing is just a recipe for disaster. I must find time for me and my goals! I usually don’t weigh on Fridays due to my school schedule with the grandson, but I was able to fit it in today at a reasonable hour (10:10 am). I’m definitely not going to hit my goal of “lose ANYTHING” this round since tomorrow is the final weigh-in. Disappointing but eye-opening!
03/16 -181.2- (Trend weight180.4) That’s a 3.4 lb gain this round. This is NOT how it’s supposed to work! Ah well, off to the next round. It’s got to be better than this one!
Every healthy habit brings me closer to scratching each of these off to NEVER see them again!

3/10 - 243.6 (Hubby and I got a Peloton ride in and did 10 minutes of upper body strength yesterday. Felt good to get back to it as we'd taken a break from most things for almost a month.)
3/11 - 243.2 (Work from home day today. Feeing the urge to snack. I will ride the Peloton here shortly.)
3/12 - 243.6 (Rare morning that I forgot to weigh, by the time I did I already had my bra on, but no biggie. I did have a big pasta dinner last night and some chips. I also worked out for the third day in a row. Feeling good but need to be a bit more disciplined with the food. I'm tracking until dinner and then stopping and that's not going to work.)
3/13 - 243 (Not much to say today. Day was fairly on track but I ate the large sub at night instead of the medium one. Had a dentist appointment.)
3/14 - 243.4 (I have soccer tonight and I just might ride the Peloton too. We shall see!)
3/15 - 243.8 (TGIF. Really looking forward to a mostly relaxing weekend ahead. Hope to fit in a lot of exercise.. the weather is beautiful.)

74 year old female...5'5" ...I used to be 5'7" but arthritis hit and I lost two inches, so now that two inches is squished around my waist like the billows of a big accordion...
...Oh, well. I'll just keep working on it.

The scale is getting cranky with me lately… but that is to be expected since I only have about 5 pounds to my goal weight. However, the sun is out today, which means more and more outside time on my horizon. I started this challenge out with a gorgeous hike!

3/7- 165.3 (75 kg) Starting with a whoosh. I feel like this accountability challenge is really helping me. I can't believe this is the start of my 7th already.
3/8- 165.7 200 calories over goal today but I was about 200 under yesterday.
3/9- 165.5 With 3 weights in the 165s, I'm hoping to see under 165 soon. My pants are fitting looser and my face is starting to slim down a little.
3/10- 165.2 Daylight Saving sucks. Woke up tired and couldn't fall asleep until midnight.
3/11- 165.7 Went to a restaurant, didn't log as I went, and ended up 600 calories over goal. Tomorrow is a new day to make better choices. I definitely need to log as I go.
3/12- 165.3 Back on track. We were given pizza at work today and I kept it to one slice. Well within my goal today.
