I was able to BREAK this!! I needed to change my habits, but I was at a loss!

I didn't have the skills I needed. I was lost on how to do this. It's like building a house, but having NO SKILLS just a ideas. Yeah it doesn't work well does it?

    I'm one of the many who has been on the hamster wheel... again and again! With the help of the 5% Challenges I've been able to get off the wheel and keep most of my weight off.

    Diets Don't Work! Join the Spring 5% Challenge and work on healthy habits while being supported and encouraged in a team environment. Come meet new people and make new friends.

    The 5% Challenge community is fun and caring and offers the opportunity to concentrate on habits that will help you build success. Weekly weigh-ins are required and provide the accountability that will motivate you to exercise and make healthy food choices. See you there!
