Done riding for the day. Zwift racing is hard. My legs are now Jell-O. And I got the one item I was lacking on the silly virtual wheel, so no more spin rides until next Monday.

Did a workout today to keep up with the training plan I'm doing, and participated in the Zwift L'Etape race event (though it was more recovery than race for me as I've been straining the old left knee and it's not happy with me - think I'm going to turn the trainer difficulty down to 75%, because at 100% and with the front derailleur being stuck on the 52 chainring due to being rusted solidly in place, climbing is HARD on the joints).
