    I went on vacation and had oral surgery. One good and one bad. Today is the first day I feel good enough to ride, so I did.

    Aug 31, rode 24.17 mi. Sleeping Bear Dunes Heritage Trail Ride.
    Sept 6, rode 12.16 mi. Zwift - Jurassic Coast in Watopia
    Sept 6, rode 12.95 mi. Zwift - Coastal Crown Loop in Watopia
    Sept 7, rode 17.62 mi. Zwift - Canopies and Coastlines in Watopia
    Sept 14, rode 33.65 mi. Zwift - Tempus Fugit in Watopia x 3

    My 2024 YTD Total Cycling Distance is 2,181.51 mi.
    In August, I rode 368.42 mi.
    So far in September, I rode 76.38 mi.

    I feel so much better. I watched ZRL Recon of Sugar Cookie Cutter race on Zwift next Tuesday.

    Sept 15, rode 24.46 mi 853 ft. Zwift - ZRL week 2 Sugar Cookie Cutter points race route.

    My 2024 YTD Total Cycling Distance is 2,205.97 mi.
    So far in September, I rode 100.84 mi.

    Been knocking out the Cardio Crusher workouts in Zwift just for funsies. Tomorrow should wrap those up, then helping some people earn a new Zwift route badge on Tuesday. We'll see what the rest of the week has in store for me an' the old trainer! (and yes, it'll be indoors - severe thunderstorms rolling through the area for the next few days, so not even a chance for taking the gravel bike out to be a ding-dong on the dirt)

    Four days of rides to log. Been Zwifting a lot as always thanks to rotten traffic around here, especially with teenagers driving golf carts on our trail system. Ugh. Can't wait to have another wide open day with good weather to go out onto the gravel paths in the nearby forests again.
