    Zwift ride today. Most of the day was consumed with rowing my boat out to my li'l fishing hole in the nearby creek. Head's still woozy, but getting better.

    I went on vacation in Northern Michigan to end July. I have been riding and going to the gym on vacation. One more month like this will put me over the 2024 mile challenge distance.

    @wendsg, I agree it is really convenient to hop on Zwift to get your ride in. Do you have a bike dedicated to your Zwift setup or do you put your bike on it when you ride?

    July 28, 50.00 mi. Planet Fitness Matrix Spin/Coast bike Zone 2 - Endurance Ride - 3 hours.
    July 31, 24.26 mi. Outdoor Trail Ride - Sleeping Bear Dunes Heritage Trail.
    My 2024 YTD Total Cycling Distance is 1,736.71 mi.
    I got a late start so I have to do 180 miles per month to get to 2024 by the end of the year.
    I rode 412.61 mi. in July.

    @RMUNTZ2 I actually have a dedicated bike! I bought a 1972 Schwinn Super Le Tour 12.2 at a garage sale for $50 and slapped a saddle worth the cost of the bike on it. I still am running the original drive train, just with a different cassette in the back because it's on a direct-drive trainer that won't accept the old cog stack it used to ride on! It's interesting, though, because despite having a 7 speed cassette, I can only use 5 of the cogs thanks to the original derailleur on the bike! Makes Zwifting even more challenging (and in my opinion, very fun).

    Today was a Zwift meetup while we try not to float away down here.

    @wendsg, I have replaced my gravel bike with a new improved version and put my still good old gravel bike on my trainer. Exact same dimensions, seat and shifting ... there is no difference so training indoor is really more than convenient.
