Hi Sharon! Welcome 😊
I’ve been logging my foods for 41 days and it’s much easier since I customized some foods and meals. My A1C was 6.9 which is the highest it’s ever been. No meds yet..hoping to avoid them! Trying very hard to handle this through diet and exercise.
I’m creating a 30 day menu so I don’t have to waste so much time seeing what meals work together going forward. 30 days will give me a good variety of nutrients and won’t be overly redundant.
