    Hoping my β€œhunger” stage is over. I still ate for a very slow loss yesterday (with running) so it’s a win! It’s actually interesting keeping a food log that shows your brain that food intake did happen, and something is off.

    My body seemed to think night was day; slept badly and had to go to the bathroom a ridiculous number of times which would explain today's lower weight. Waist has appreciated the water loss though.

    Had dinner out, can’t log it, but went to gym beforehand, and had small amount of snack afterwards. Goal was no food at all post dinner, but I’ll take it as a step forward.
    Today back to routine. Spring snow is forecasted for tonight, got my gym clothes ready with me.

    That’s the result of lifting weight on the weekends. It would be nice to leave the 150s by end of this month, but I know my stomach will have none of it. Slow and steady.

    Was a little disappointed yesterday with the weigh in, that almost took a day off running. But it’s such a routine now; ended up going for a run anyway. My stomach is not happy with something. Sometimes it’s not happy that I go for longer than 14km runs too.
