I started my journey in 2018 July 1st weighing 202.2. One year later I reached my goal weight of 142. Very exciting times. Unfortunately I ended up with health concerns and weight gain. now ready to get back to goal.

February the wt really came off. I lost about 7lbs woot woot. Walking daily is a huge part of my wt loss process. I average about 9000 steps a day, not bad for an old dog. I always eat low carb no sugar but not quite keto. I may try keto this month we shall see. I really hope to say good bye to the fifties forever this month. Have a great month everyone.

I have been able to maintain this month which I am happy about. Admittedly, juggling a lot of hectic schedules right now and had added stress from extended family. I know I can only control my own decisions and choices but itβs not always easy!
Easter weekend ahead which mean some sweets but will keep things in check.

I would certainly like to turn this around by the end of March so I am AT LEAST back into the 170βs. And even with that, Iβm so tired of just treading water. Nobody can change it but me. Thankfully every day is a new day and a new opportunity. Will I walk around it like a cold mud puddle or will I embrace it like a warm hug? I donβt know about you, but I like warm hugs way better than cold mud puddles.
03/31-179.6-(Trend Weight: 180.6)- It was a nice drop this week and that helped. However, February was a good month for me. March was not. Iβve been off-the-rails most of the month. Thank Goodness we are starting a new month, a new challenge and a new opportunity.
Every healthy habit brings me closer to scratching each of these off to NEVER see them again!
