    My name is Donna. I am 63 years old and I live in the Midwest of the US. I am 5’ 5” tall. My highest weight was 253 in 2016. My MFP start weight was 235 in 2018.

    Ultimate Goal Weight: 145-155 (I’ll know it when I get there!)
    Start Weight (from Feb 29, 2024 ): 177.0
    Goal Weight: 173.0 (4 pound loss)

    End of Challenge Final Weight: 179.6
    Weight Lost/Gained this month: 2.6 lbs Gained





    Weight in blue makes me blue because it’s a gain. Weight in fuchsia pink makes me feel cheery because it’s a loss. Weight in black means no change.

    03/24-182.6-(Trend Weight: 180.5)- It’s been a horrible week filled with events, travel, special occasions and many many times of weakness. I would certainly like to turn this around by the end of March so I am AT LEAST back into the 170’s. And even with that, I’m so tired of just treading water. Nobody can change it but me. Thankfully every day is a new day and a new opportunity. Will I walk around it like a cold mud puddle or will I embrace it like a warm hug? I don’t know about you, but I like warm hugs way better than cold mud puddles.

    03/31-179.6-(Trend Weight: 180.6)- It was a nice drop this week and that helped. However, February was a good month for me. March was not. I’ve been off-the-rails most of the month. Thank Goodness we are starting a new month, a new challenge and a new opportunity.


    Every healthy habit brings me closer to scratching each of these off to NEVER see them again!

    March Start Weight: 76.3kg = 168lb (29 Feb)
    March Goal Weight: 74kg = 163lb
    Ultimate Goal Weight: 68kg = 150lb

    March 1: 76.2kg = 167.6 lb
    March 8: 75.2kg = 165.2 lb
    March 15: 73.4kg = 161.5 lb
    March 22: 73.1kg = 160.8 lb
    March 29: 73.6kg = 161.9 lb

    So ahead of my original target but going in the wrong direction, need to get focus back for the new month.
