    That's amazing, especially for only four months!! You look like a totally different person and have a happy glow! I just joined today from a friend's referral and I love it, and love the inspiring posts of success stories and that it is free!!
    I am 5'1 and 180 pounds with high blood pressure, (29 yr female) so I needed something to hold me accountable. Any tips/suggestions on how to stick with the healthy eating habits and avoid junk good (especially chocolate!!).
