Help with a routine

Hey all,

I don't have access to a gym, but I have a 25 lb body bar, a high resistance band, one of those thigh squeezer thingies and a shakeweight. I also have a really old exercise bike that I rarely use.

What are some exercise I could do to help my weight loss?
