    No snacks success last night, though dinner could’ve been lighter. Need tonight and tomorrow to be no snack nights, then move my gym time earlier on the weekend. I like sleeping in.

    3 April – 58.6 – not a good night’s sleep. Does overthinking when you should be sleeping burn extra calories?
    4 April – 58.5
    5 April – 58.4 – weights workout yesterday. Tired today but need to do some exercise so I can earn my Friday evening wine. Swapped out some of my black coffees for mint tea and wondering if the lower caffeine intake helps with water weight.
    6 April – 58.6 – Same as last week, Friday wine means weight on Saturday morning has gone up 0.2kg. Disappointing, but not unexpected.
    7 April – 58.4 – only one small glass of wine last night so back to where I was a few days ago. Feeling very unmotivated at the moment.

    9 April – 58.3 – Tried W2 C25K again yesterday. My knees are complaining bitterly today.
    10 April – 58.2 – just a walk yesterday. May try a stretch class at the gym this afternoon.

    15 April – 57.8 – had a great time away but not really surprised by the drop in the scales as I’m a fussy eater and the food provided meant my eating choices were limited. Didn’t feel particularly hungry whilst I was there, but now that I’m home it’s a different matter.
    16 April – 57.7 – weights session yesterday. Always a bit worried that losing weight means losing muscle but seems to be okay although I’m really tired today.
    17 April – 57.7 – break in the rainy weather this morning so going for a walk in the woods before the bluebells disappear.
    18 April – 57.8 – hungry yesterday but ate within calories so slightly disappointed with the scales. Seem to have a bit of an irritating cough starting. Climbing today but not feeling the love.
    19 April - 57.5 – no idea what my scales are doing but obviously not complaining. Climbing turned out to be better than expected though.

    Soooooo bloated! I didn’t walk Wednesday and only managed to do 1 mile yesterday over lunch bc I had to run home to let the dogs out. I wanted to eat EVERYTHING last night bc I was so bloated and just like β€œf this”, but I resisted and it was HARD. I have today off so going to do at least 3 miles today with them. Calories are in deficit, I reached my under 165 by the 20th goal, shirts are looser then the beginning of the month, so trying to focus on the positives, even if my gut is expanding this week.

    I swear the scale said 146, but I continued to reweigh myself 10 times. Gym at 11pm = no snack time 😁. Tonight gym closes earlier.

    Ugh yesterday we had Mexican….still had like a hundred calorie deficit after my guesstimating lol. Kind of bummed I didn’t lose my 2lbs a week. I am hoping I’m still holding onto some bloat and my number will drop sometime this week. I walked 4.5 miles Friday and did another 3.5 waking around a fair. I did a 2 mile walk this morning bc after the storms it’s a nice 55 out. Today will be a lot of water day so hopefully the hydration will relieve the salt I ate.

    I didn’t expect this much drop this month! Controlling snacking, and daily accountability, seems to be the key for me.
    I also don’t drink much now, but discovered that post drinking munch cravings are just a thirst for water!!! Not food. Maybe can use this new knowledge when my vacations arrive soon πŸ˜‰

    Back on track! Did 3 20 minute walks yesterday and then today and tomorrow going to walk/run the 3 mile path over my lunch hour followed by a protein shake for lunch. My goal was to be under 160 by May 1st and only a pound away!

    15 April – 57.8 – had a great time away but not really surprised by the drop in the scales as I’m a fussy eater and the food provided meant my eating choices were limited. Didn’t feel particularly hungry whilst I was there, but now that I’m home it’s a different matter.
    16 April – 57.7 – weights session yesterday. Always a bit worried that losing weight means losing muscle but seems to be okay although I’m really tired today.
    17 April – 57.7 – break in the rainy weather this morning so going for a walk in the woods before the bluebells disappear.
    18 April – 57.8 – hungry yesterday but ate within calories so slightly disappointed with the scales. Seem to have a bit of an irritating cough starting. Climbing today but not feeling the love.
    19 April - 57.5 – no idea what my scales are doing but obviously not complaining. Climbing turned out to be better than expected though.
    20 April – 57.7 – Friday night wine pattern definitely emerging.
    21April – 57.7 – my irritating cough is becoming more annoying – hope it doesn't linger too long.
    22 April – 57.6
    23 April – 57.6 – cough is gone which is a relief, but I feel tired today. Acid reflux is bad at the moment so can’t even perk myself up with coffee.
    24 April – 57.5 – reflux is subsiding with meds, huge relief. Climbing again today.
    25 April – 57.3 – managed a coffee after climbing yesterday; overslept this morning; happy to see the numbers on the scales.
