    I really need to get it together and stop the zigzagging..
    • This is what I wrote out at the beginning of Round 250:
      ~ My plan is to eliminate drinking alcohol on a nightly basis
      Been keeping up with this still but when I do drink on the weekends I go into like a downward spiral and then spend the rest of round struggling to come back out of it
      ~ Really need to keep coming back HERE to check in every day. I was missing that last round. I have a super fabulous wedding coming up on June 1st in Ft. Lauderdale with a Boca crowd. Really want to look my best😁

My husband decided to get his diet in check and that was so shocking to me because he hasn’t turned this particular leaf over since he had a major heart attack 5 years ago. I was so happy for him and us doing it together and yet somehow this caused me to do a secret binge on Tuesday. Even though I’ve done allot of healing and self reflection in order to remove my emotional ties to food, some how that old disorder can still peak in every now and then

    Carolyn, I meant to mention your low carb margarita. They had a skinny margarita on the ship that was tequila, lime juice and seltzer, if I recall correctly. There was something that gave a hint of sweet. It was pretty good. Fresca with tequila is pretty good too.

    And I totally get the mini-rant about 10 days! It’s not long, I should be able to do it. Sometimes I feel 10 minutes is out of the question! Now that DH has given up the board presidency he is in control of his life again and has started making dinner dates with friends. Hence, Golden Corral last week and Outback tonight. I’m going to have to keep a grip on my eating and work around these things. We CAN DO THIS!
