I'm doing 1200 Calories a day. What is the percentage of my macro should be for weight loss?

For weight loss calories are king. Macros are for nutritional goals and satiety. That said, protein, a moderate calorie deficit and strength training will help you retain more muscle while losing weight.

1200 (before exercise) is generally for shorties and seniors. Make sure your weekly goal isn't too aggressive.

I second what @tracyL963 says about calories.

    1200 is very very low.

Unless you are short, elderly, and/or disabled with a less than sedentary lifestyle (500 steps a day or less) you probably don’t want to set your calorie target that low.

It’s actually not a maximum target. It’s the bare minimum for a healthy adult.
If you’re at all active, and taller than 5’ 5” you’re not going to have a good time trying to keep your body going with such a low daily goal.

I have mine set that low. But I’m almost 65, and am physically disabled so I don’t walk much at all. You are likely far more active than I am just by doing your job and your weekly errands.
