    I wouldn't go that far. But I don't think there was a lot of value in the exercise compared to the trauma it inflicted.

    I just had the worst workout in months.
    No pre workout.
    I forgot my water.
    Was bored and losing energy and interest at 20 minutes in but kept on to 30.
    Then my mf air pods died. That was the last straw. Lol I had to go.
    But now I'm restless because I didn't get all my energy out.
    So now I'm showered in bed and I'm about to crack open my book.
