Made my target and also did 170 miles on my bike so happy with that!

65.25/65 mile goal
Yesterday, I worked at the daycare all day. I went to the gym after work and then did a driveway wun after I got home. I did a 1/1 min run/walk and ran up the hills when it fell in the running min. It wasn't horribly hard, so I was proud of that.....it was slow though.
Today, I went to the gym early. This afternoon, I did a treadmill session. I had used my RTY tracker to calculate miles, so thought I needed to do 5 miles to make my goal. Turns out I had missed a quarter mile, so wound up with 65.25 miles for the month.
Today's run was 2/1 min at 4.2-5.6/4.0 mph, 37 sec at 6.0 mph. So, traversed 3.50 miles in 45:37 min for an avg pace of 13:02 min/mile. Avg HR was 130 with a max of 153, so not horrible and felt okay. If I hadn't needed it for the month total, I wouldn't have gone that far today. I guess that is why we set attainable goals. LOL9 -

I took a rest day yesterday, and then ran 6 miles this morning to finish the month with 137 miles. It was humid this morning, but still pleasant overall. I saw my car in the yard when I ran by the collision place this morning, so I knew they were working on it. Then they called this afternoon to say it was ready. I was really glad to get it back. The rental car was ok, but it wasn't as nice as my car.

I finished the month under my goal due to work. Just 138 out of 150 miles. Hopefully I'll get going again next week.

Hi everyone! I was hoping to get to 160km this month, but woke up really dizzy the other day so didn’t run and ended April up short with 152.9/200km. Since I needed recovery that’s ok with me. I wasn’t really sure what would be obtainable right before and right after the marathon. We‘ll see if I can set an obtainable number for May…5
