Hey guys...Are you in for MAY? I sure hope so. Get up and get moving for a healthier body and longer life....THAT'S THE CHALLENGE!!!!!
Choose mode of Exercise steps and or miles. Come as often as you can too log your progress so that WE may walk or ride along with you in your journey!

I’m in!
I haven’t totaled up my mileage for April yet.But I set my goal at an average of 2.25 miles a day.
I think I will keep that goal for May.
That would be a minimum of 69.75 miles on my NuStep in May.
Changed my mind after totaling up my April mileage, which was 83.15 (not including today since I haven’t exercised yet)
I thought I was struggling. But I blew past it my goal by (? more than) 21.6 miles.
So I will set my May goal to an average of 2.5 miles a day, for a total of 77.5 miles in May.

I’m in for a minimum of one mile per day. I’m new to this and walking on painful knees. Figure something is better than nothing.
