Goal: no snacking after dinner, get calories in before 7pm
4/26 152.4 weighed but forgot to post

4/28 152.4 Ate out for breakfast, lunch and dinner, I’m guessing my meal last night has more sodium than a home cooked meal.
4/29 151.8 I ate after dinner last night, felt snackish and “deserving” of food. Will work on sitting with the feelings and letting them pass vs. just giving in.
4/30 DNW ate snack after dinner
5/1 151.8 No eating after dinner last night, victory, as I set out not to eat after dinner this 10 days and have missed it half the time so far. Moving forward!
5/2 151.6 expected a higher drop as if two days of not eating after dinner would magically take me to me goal (ha ha, I joke, but I have to watch those thoughts of “I’m killing this! I should be at my goal weight by now!” after only a few days/weeks at careful consumption 🤣)
5/3 153.4 Yep, this is what happens after a cocktail with my husband, a reasonable shared meal of apps and an entree and then a large piece of pie at a local bakery. My back had been so much better and this was my first dinner out with him in over two months as I couldn’t sit in restaurants. Not allowing it as an excuse to eat off plan for the rest of the challenge or month, for that matter.

05/04 -DNW- (Trend weight DNW ) Up very early and out the door asap for the long trip to daughter’s college graduation. We had a dinner afterward at a restaurant in the city. Just getting home now around 10 PM. I’ll probably skip weighing tomorrow after so much food and sitting today but I’ll be back at it on Monday at regular wake-up time. It was a lovely day filled with pride!
05/05 =185.2- (Trend weight183.4) The college graduation ceremony for my oldest daughter Bethany (almost 41 yrs old) was so inspiring. Afterward we had a dinner at her favorite Mexican restaurant in the college town. On the way home I stopped at a casino we passed by to let my (autistic) son have that experience. He really loved it and even though we both lost money during the 5 hours there, he did better than me and lost less. This has been a horrible round and horrible month for me. I will see you next round!
Every healthy habit brings me closer to scratching each of these off to NEVER see them again!
