    It's ok, I keep telling myself s happens. I only had 2 meals yesterday, and worked out. But whatever. Just keep going.

    Well the last 4 days I had all my calories before 3pm. Trying to change that today and back to my spaced food instead of one big meal. Haven’t walked/ worked out since last Wednesday so hopping back to it today, dreading it but if I want to keep progress rolling I know I need to. It’s not so much of a give up and eat everything thing but more of a no exercise

    Slowly getting there. I could only get a mile walk in yesterday. I almost skipped it entirely, but I wanted to get that exercise in.

    Still chugging along. I expected a bigger drop in the two days since I ran 20/60 minutes and then walked 5 miles yesterday all while doing 1000 calorie deficit both days. According to my app I’m 6 days out from shark week so maybe my body is starting to retain water. I also wanted to devour everything and say f it yesterday. It was hard. Hopefully these next two days go better.

    No clue. I even walked 2.6 miles yesterday. Could be sodium, could be the a cruel prank by my scale. Who knows. I expect it to be down tomorrow.

    I feel like the scales are stuck although it’s hardly surprising given the lack of exercise. Going climbing today so that should give the hamstrings a gentle stretch @ManifestingToday – with Friday wine no doubt scales will uptick though.

    Still going…..I got nothing just trying to stay positive and scale negative. Heading to go golfing with the husband and taking the 4yo boy. First time golfing in 5 years, cart of course, but should be some light exercise between that and chasing the 4 yo.
