It sounds like a very beneficial plan to lose weight snd stay healthy. My old plan i used for 4 yrs is not wirking now. im hoping i csn learn to Love IF! I started mar 2020-lost 60 lbs! very proud if that! Got down to 142! over the last year gained and now 150-152.

Welcome Becky! I have just restarted and can use some buddies, if you are interested. I have swapped to a stricter Mediterranean Diet about 6 months ago and now, I think it is time to get some exercise and tracking in.

I did just start a group today called Mediterranean WOE. I'm hoping to fill with meals, exercises, goals, etc. Not much in there yet but, the more the merrier. :)

I'm back to IF. It seems to help me to not over eat. I like it because if something comes up I can just start again the next day.

I use IF often and it works for me. Day 3 now of a 5 day fast after watching Dr, Sten Ekberg vids on utube. Worth a watch to see the other benefits such as cell reprogramming and how all the dead stuff in one's body gets cleaned out.

Hi Becky. I've been doing intermittent fasting now for the past 17 months. I fast 18 hours and eat during a six hour window (12:30pm-6:30pm) during the week and on weekends I add in a small breakfast. It has helped me tremendously! I have lost 208 pounds, I feel so much better and have so much more energy. I'm theresam8808 on myfitness pal.

I do a much smaller window. I eat between 12pm and 2pm. But I have no problem changing it up and doing different times if needed. During my job, we eat early so that will be more of a challenge. But I'll cross that bridge come next January. I need to get more protein though and less bread.
