Net Carbs vs. Total Carbs

I would like to be able to track and limit both net carbs and total carbs. I have found that even though my net Carbs are extremely low, I fall out of Ketosis if I have eaten more than 60g total carbs.

Thank you for this insight on the Net Carbs feature. I just passed this along to our internal team to consider for a future update!1

Total carbs is the MFP default setting. You would need to have a premium membership and specifically changed the settings to get to net carbs. I've never paid for premium so I don't know the breadcrumbs to get there, but you'd basically go back to where you chose net carbs and then just change it back.0
