Net Carbs vs. Total Carbs

I would like to be able to track and limit both net carbs and total carbs. I have found that even though my net Carbs are extremely low, I fall out of Ketosis if I have eaten more than 60g total carbs.

Thank you for this insight on the Net Carbs feature. I just passed this along to our internal team to consider for a future update!

Hi There, also on a ketogenic diet and need to track total carbs instead of net. Is there an update to the settings somewhere?

Total carbs is the MFP default setting. You would need to have a premium membership and specifically changed the settings to get to net carbs. I've never paid for premium so I don't know the breadcrumbs to get there, but you'd basically go back to where you chose net carbs and then just change it back.
