    I can't take much credit. We've lived here since 2013 and most of the garden was already well established. I recently met one of the gardeners who used to work here during one of the property's more prosperous times. He was very knowledgeable.

    Ok i will take some credit: when I had to have the yard dug up for well water reasons, I convinced the excavator driver to dig around the peony bed. He did a wonderful job.

    Also, my daughters bad news had nothing to do with her directly. However, she needs to learn there's a fine line between empathy and toxic empathy.
