    @Krysless2 Rather than alcohol have soda water with lime juice and a fruit garnish-sprig of mint and a lime or orange slice would be my choice. Minimal calories and carbs and your liver doesn’t have to process the alcohol.

    Every time I have popcorn late at night, I have a gain. I think I need to kick this habit. Sigh. Going to try having chicken broth tonight if I'm having a salty craving. Wish me luck!

    @Skyleen75: sounds like you're somewhere nearish to Tivoli or Hudson? I went to Bard (many moons ago) and have family in the Hudson Valley; love that area, we still travel up there quite a bit for fun!

    @CloverDemeter If I have a craving for salt, I just put a pinch on my tongue. I actually have a small container by my chair for that purpose. (That also avoids a trip to the kitchen and any brushes with temptation! Or a thin sliver of salted butter on the tongue is also very satisfying.
