    @Chapter_3 and @itladyee I am also at a 70 in age on renfro but just turned 64 on the real calendar. I wonder what it takes to actually get to 69 or less?????? I've been as low as 177 and as high as the low 190's all with the score of 70 in age. Humph.....

    I think all the measures are tied directly to weight via a logarithm… I pay very close attention to all the measures and they all bump up or down in direct correlation to weight. Age might be at 10lb + increments? For me it’s a 1yr fluctuation between 131 and 132. That’s why it’s hard for me to give credence to all the other measures…. I wish they would publish the formulas!

    06/17 -187.0- (Trend weight 184.7) Whoa Nelly! I guess the multiple social events and travel has finally caught up with me! Today’s plan….. very low carb and low calorie day using the lowest numbers on my zig-zag plan (1050 calories). Since there was no TMI today I will load up on drinking water which should be easy since it will be 92 degrees today. I don’t have A/C so I will have to be very careful about exercise outside or inside. I will see how that goes this evening. I am hopeful I will shed some water weight and see where I actually land and where the real work begins. Feeling capable and strong right now as I drink my late morning coffee. I hope my resolve sticks around and lasts through the evening. I have many snack monsters to fight each night so I will spend the day sharpening my swords and preparing for the battle! If I want to show a loss for this round and type in pink, I’ve really got to make every possible day better but that is so easy to type and so hard to do! Forward and March Soldier!

    06/18 -186.4- (Trend weight 184.9) I didn’t go as low in calorie as I had wanted for a redemption day, but I did stay within my normal median calorie “diet” level so there was a bit of a drop today. I did not get in the water that I’d promised myself either. Exercise was non-existent due to the heat. I did do some light yard work late in the evening and little housework in the afternoon but not enough to pat myself on the back about. Today is a long hairdresser appt so there will be a lot of sitting. Another hot one expected but the salon should have A/C so it will be better than being at home sweating with just a mediocre fan! Have a nice Tuesday everyone!

    This person is 154 and still has a metabolic age of 69. So apparently it takes a LOT to move the needle. This is good to know for me to not become discouraged waiting on that number to change!

    @itladyee I forgot my scale does all of that! I’m a bit skeptical of the accuracy but for a general snapshot it is fun. I’m going to put the ap back on my phone.
